What has your journey been since your time with Pioneers of Change?

Met some Pioneers back in AIESEC in the '90s and again in the multi-organisation meeting in Slovenia, 2002. With the emerging learning centers, like the Shire in Nova Scotia in 2006 I deepened my engagement and was asked into the New Cultivation Team 2007, which I hosted for about 2 years.

What values, lessons, or experiences from Pioneers of Change have stayed with you?

Decentralized organizations based on self-driven people, PoC Principles: Be yourself, Never stop asking questions, Do what matters.

What advice would you give to today’s young changemakers as they navigate their own paths?

Still be yourself and do what matters, but strive for healthy, (financially) sustainable formats.
