I was one on the first Cultivation Unit.

What has your journey been since your time with Pioneers of Change?

I became a social entrepreneur! running a small social enterprise for sustainable leadership development, initiating one around water and social innovation (with a fellow pioneer) and starting another one (that came via via a meeting through Pioneers of Change)...

What values, lessons, or experiences from Pioneers of Change have stayed with you?

The 5 principles, and the power of community, especially of one that can engage in collective reflection and action, the significance of context-based learning.

What advice would you give to today’s young changemakers as they navigate their own paths?

I always use the 5 principles! It is worth it, even if it is sometimes the harder way...
